Returns & Refunds Policy

At A&G Interiors, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Complete with all included parts, fittings, accessories, and documentation
  • Free from damage, marks, scratches, or signs of installation

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your item, as A&G Interiors is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Change of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the return eligibility requirements above.

Return shipping for change of mind purchases is at the buyer’s cost.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and any damage

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

A refund may be refused if the returned item is used, installed, damaged, incomplete, or not returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required under Australian Consumer Law, we may not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Items missing original packaging, parts, or accessories
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom, special order, or made-to-order products

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy if a product does not meet a consumer guarantee.

Returns must be approved before being sent back to us. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Approved returns must be sent back within the timeframe provided after your return request is accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will assess the issue and provide guidance in line with Australian Consumer Law.
